Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call to cancel 24 hours in advance. If a client has not cancelled a session 24 hours prior to their appointment, there is a cancellation fee, which equals the total cost of the missed 60-minute session. Reminders for appointments are not provided. It is the client’s responsibility to be accountable for their scheduled session. It will be assumed that clients are not coming if they are 15 minutes late for a session, and appointments will most likely need to be rescheduled at this time. If a client wishes to continue with their scheduled session, the remaining time can be provided; however, they will be accountable to pay for the entire 60-minute session. If the client has requested a need to reschedule a session due to an unforeseen circumstance without 24-hour notice and then proceeds to cancel this rescheduled session with 24-hour notice, they will be required to make payment for the original missed session.
